There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Frederick real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
I have lived in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area for most of my life. I grew up in Montgomery County and currently live in Lower Frederick County (since 2003). My office is located in Frederick Maryland. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2003. I work in the following Maryland Counties: Frederick, Montgomery, Washington, Carroll, Howard, Anne Arundel, Prince Georges and Baltimore. If your real estate needs are outside these areas I can put you in touch with a great agent no matter where you are.
I work 7 days a week from the early morning to as late as is necessary to get the job done. I strive to provide my clients with the best possible customer service. I pride myself on being very organized and detail oriented. My goal is to help you feel at ease throughout the home buying or selling process. My philosophy is that I am a consultant offering you my expertise, knowledge, and tools you need to make educated decisions when buying or selling a home.
